Shipping policy

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery: Free tracked shipping. Estimated delivery is 10–18 business days depending on your location — you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delays: Carriers occasionally run late for reasons outside our control. If your order passes the estimated window, email sales@norrahome.co and we'll chase it for you.
Addresses: Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to a wrong address.
