Returns: Items should be in original condition. Email sales@norrahome.co with your order number and reason; we reply within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged/faulty: Arrived damaged or defective? Email sales@norrahome.co within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.
Return shipping: Unless the item is faulty, customers cover return postage.
